MAYBECK RESTORATION

The living room in this Maybeck home had not been decorated in quite a while. The color scheme and furniture selections had become unappealing and dated, as had the visible track-lighting. Our goal became to restore the original personality of the room while bringing in fresh and luxurious furnishings and fabrics. The living room has been meticulously restored in this gem. All of the woodwork is original, as is the flooring, the rubble brick fireplace, and the one of a kind fire screen. The period lighting fixtures have been restored and new glass fittings have been hand-blown. Contemporary furnishings give new life to the room. (2007-2008)
